All awards are free for WIA members. You must
register on Memnet. before you can use the system. If you have not already, you must also inform the office of your ACMA Client ID and your callsign.
Non-Australian applicants have 2 options to join the program - become a WIA member (
www.wia.org.au), or meet the following conditions:
- Prove you are the holder of your callsign by either (a) send a certified copy of your license document to the Awards Manager, or (b) use your LOTW certificate, and
- Pay $A30 by PayPal (only). This entitles you to all awards for 12 months.
To use the WIA Online Award system you must first register as a user (once only).

Once you have registered, you can login with callsign and password below.
Before you can use the WIA Awards System, you must agree to its
Terms & Conditions.
You must agree to the following rules and confirm your assent by ticking the box below. Breaking these rules is not considered fair-play, and may result in disqualifications.
- You must conform to all the Awards Program General Rules, and all rules that are specific to each award.
- In particular, your attention is drawn to the following rules, violation of which will be considered most serious.
- Use of robot station (Rule 6d)
- Use of band not permitted by licence (Rule 11)
- Operation outside DXCC indicated by callsign (Rule 3)
- Use of remote station where Tx and Rx not co-located (Rule 10c)
